KFC Celebrate Juniors Day on February 6

MANILA, February 6, 2014 – Is your name Jun? Do your friends call you Jun-jun? Then you must be a junior. Did you know that to deserve the suffix ‘junior’ means to be named after something great? It is for this reason that KFC launched the Junior Double Down, the offspring of the legendary all-meat sandwich the KFC Double Down.

KFC pays homage to all the juniors and the greatness in them with the Junior Double Down. The famous KFC Double Down has returned with the smaller but equally mighty Junior Double Down. Don’t let the moniker fool you as the junior offers the same all-meat goodness and big taste of its predecessor. Greatness does come in all sizes and the Junior Double Down is a testament to that.    

Along with this, KFC further celebrates all the juniors by declaring February 6 as ‘KFC Junior Day.’ On, February 6, all juniors can avail of the Junior Double Down ala carte at 50% off from 2:00 PM to 5:00PM in all stores nationwide by showing their Facebook, Twitter or Instagram profile page through smartphones or through a print out upon ordering. KFC fans who aren’t juniors can also join the festivities and avail of the Junior Double Down ala carte at half the price. All they need to do is add the suffix “Jr.” to their profile names.
