The same event was done previously at Ayala Triangle Gardens last September 13 and it surely brought cheers and fun to the people who have participated. And, so, to continue what they have started in giving back the favor to their patrons,  the same activity  will be held at Nuvali and they promise to give big, big surprises for everybody.  About Nuvali: Nuvali, is a new metropolis emerging in Sta. A Random Act of Kindness by Ayala Land Inc.

Image
Ayala Land Inc., the holding company for a number of subsidiaries and affiliates including residential development, commercial and business centers, and hotels and leisures, has reached their  25th year in the business. And, one of their ways to  celebrate their success was to return the favor to their loyal patrons by doing a "Random Act of Kindness" at the Ayala Triangle Gardens  last August 13, 2013. Gracing the first day of the activity was Mr. Funny Man, Sam YG. Magnolia Ice cream carts roamed around the park and distributed lots and lots of cold treats to the hard working young generations of today who are either just passing by or eating their lunch in the area. Then, everyone was invited to line-up to the booth where Sam YG has been waiting for the yuppies. He helped in giving away loot bags with lots of freebies inside like slippers from havaianas, umbrella, etc. It may be a small token of kindness to some, but, the happiness it brought to ...

CLAWDADDY'S Seafood and Ribs Shack: Affordable Dining at Its Best

Image
I was invited, along with other bloggers, to try the new food items at Clawdaddy's Seafood and Ribs Shack at Harbor Point Subic. Clawdaddy's at Harbor Point has been around for a year giving their patrons the best steaks, BBQ, Buffalo wings, seafood delights, their mouth watering baby back ribs, and their most famous crab dishes. And, now they wanted to give back to their loyal patrons by offering new selections of food at lower prices. Upon arriving, I couldn't help but notice the american ambiance of the restaurant. From the chairs, to the wall paints and decors...It is so fancy! It's like you're on a western movie set. I heard that the owner bought everything from the US, bringing it all the way here to complete the concept of American dining. It is cozy. And, for the american patrons it gives them the feeling that they are not far away from their homeland. We were greeted by very friendly staff, and, there and then, I knew why it was a hit ...

Zoocobia Fun Zoo: A Place for Everyone

Image
Your certified lakwatsera friend has done it again. This time I went to Zoocobia Fun Zoo with my friends hoping to satisfy my hungry eyes on something new. Zoocobia Fun Zoo is a must see destination in the north of Manila. It's a fun and zoo theme park all rolled in to one. And I heard that it has something for everyone, so, I thought there's a need for me to find it out myself. Upon arriving at the place, we had our lunch and feasted on the oh-so-yummy Fruit Dragon Ice cream. It's not too sweet and it's really refreshing. Truly a delight! And you can only find it here. After the sumptuous meal, we proceeded to the attractions. Our first stop was the  Birds of Paradise. It has an array of colorful birds. They are perched on a tree on a close range, so, it would be easy for the visitors to interact with them. And for the price of P20 u can feed the birds on the palm of your hands. Next was The Barn, where they housed animals not common...

Image
The youthful, creative, and dynamic lifestyle of the young professionals of today's generation came to life in the grand launch of AVIDA TOWERS ASTEN, Avida Land's high-rise condominium which will soon emerge in the busy cultural and business district of West Makati. The event entitled " The Vibrant Lifestyle of Asten ," was held last September 6, 2013 at the Greenbelt 5 Gallery. It featured an "art buffet" showcasing furniture art displays by House of Leoque, fashion by John Lozano, and food art created by Chef Nino Logarta. It was hosted by Eri Neeman and there were featured performances by singer-songwriter Zia Quizon and violinist Princess Ybanez. The launch also conveyed the kind of life that Makati has - vibrant and fast-paced where the inspiration behind the edgy modern design and special amenities of Avida Tower Asten came from. It is the perfect residential choice because any young achievers who wants to have ...
